Recently developed, Allisport's uprated direct replacement intercooler for 3.2 and 2.2 Tdci Ranger.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, offered with lifetime warranty.

Carefully designed to allow simple installation using original boost hoses, direct replacement and no modifications required, suitable for all models including Wildtrak.

Allisport's uprated intercooler introduces cooler more oxygen rich air into the engine, allowing more efficient combustion whilst reducing heat stress. Creates a safety margin for further tuning.

You can expect smoother more responsive drive with improved fuel economy. Allisport's design is stronger than original and has been extensively tested in high boost environments.

Constructed using special 50mm thick core with L.I.F.T (Louvred Internal Fin Technology) design for maximum heat rejection. Fabricated and TIG welded by hand in house for ultimate strength and reliability.

12 fins per inch for optimum air flow allowing unhindered passage of cooling air to the AC and water radiators.

Also available are Allisport's 4 ply silicone boost hoses along with coolant hoses, alloy radiator, header tank and power steering fluid reservoir.
